We are using a mod called UploadPic to allow members to upload images. This mod is very simple to use. When making a new post you should see a button called "UploadPic". Using this will allow you to select files on your hard drive and upload them to the server.

Please note that once you have selected the picture and hit "Send", it will preview it for you. You may need to make the window larger so you can see everything. At the bottom you will have three options:

Standard: this will insert the picture into your post
Insert as Link: this will insert the pic as a URL link instead if you desire
Insert picture and upload another: same as standard but allows you to upload more than one quickly.

Please note that there are some restrictions for uploading pictures. They must be no larger than 640x480 (anything larger will be resized). Also, it only allows JPG/JPEG files.

I am not seeing the Upload Pic button.

I see and Img button but I can't get it to upload pics out my picture folder.

Any tips?

My bad, I have to set users with the ability to upload pictures. Should work now for you.
